閲覧いただきありがとうございます。
あかりさん2９才の心音パート４の動画になります。
何度も出演いただいているあかりさんですが今回はあかりさんの方から出演したいとご連絡がありました。
しかも、話を聞くとあかりさんはご結婚をされ現在は妊娠中とのことでこの時期にしか撮れない心音を是非撮ってほしいとの事でした。
撮影したときもお腹がふっくらされており、本当に妊娠されているのが分かります。
妊娠中の方の心音は撮れないのでめちゃめちゃレアですし、ここまで撮影に協力してくれるあかりさんには感謝してもしきれないですね。
体調の事も考慮して撮影時間を短くし、無理をさせないように細心の注意をしてさせていただきました。

内容は、
・自分の心臓の音を聞いた時の感想と心臓の音
・運動後に風船を膨らませたときの心臓の音
・心音計で聞いた時の心臓の音
・あかりの心臓の音と胎児の心臓の音
・座ってるときの心エコーと心臓の音
・横になってるときの心エコーと心臓の音
・湯船に浸かったときの心臓の音
となっております。
動画の長さは、３２分２８秒です。
初めにご自分の心臓の音を聞いていただきました。
聴診器を当てられると「ドックン、ドックン、ドックン」と７６BPMくらいの速さで比較的ゆっくり鼓動しております。
ご自分の心音を聞いて「意外と普通でした。」と言っております。
以前、妊娠前に撮影したときは６７BPMくらいでしたのでそれに比べれば少し速いのかなとは思います。
息を止めていただくと止めている最中はそんなに変わりませんが呼吸を再開すると「ドクンドクンドクン」と速くなっております。
「めっちゃ速くなりました。」とあかりさんも言っておられます。
お水を飲んでいただくと若干、鼓動が速くなっているように思えます。
のどの辺りに聴診器を当てていただき再度お水を飲んでいただくと「ゴク、ゴク」とのどの音がしており、その音にめちゃ爆笑しておりました。

続いて、踏み台昇降後のあかりさんに風船を膨らましていただきました。
妊婦さんであっても他の方と同じようにめちゃめちゃ体を張っていただいております。
ちなみに踏み台昇降中の心音は録音しておりません。
やはり妊娠中ということもあり、前ほどの体力もないのかきつそうにしております。
踏み台昇降が終わった後、聴診器を当てていただくと鼓動も速く息切れも半端ないですが風船を膨らませるのは得意なようで、初めの１つ２つは簡単に膨らませております。
しかし、３個目の風船をお渡しすると、さすがにきついらしくめちゃめちゃ辛そうです。
さらにもう一つ追加でお渡しすると、もうすでに酸欠でふらふらになっておりましたが、それでも頑張って膨らませております。
その際、鼓動は、「バック、バク、バック、バク」と暴れまわっており、今にも破裂しそうですね。
あかりさんも「めっちゃきつい」と言っておりました。

続いて心音計を使って心臓の音を聞いてみました。
心音計の撮影は以前にもやりましたが今回は胎児の心音とあかりさんの心音を聞きそれぞれ聞き比べております。初めにあかりさんのお胸に心音計を当てると鼓動がスピーカーから聞こえております。聴診器で聞いた時とリズムは同じですね。
今度は胎児の心音を収音しております。胎児の心音が聞こえるところまで少しカットしてありますので予めご了承ください。
音の速さがあかりさんとは違いすごく速いですね。
あかりさんも「馬、走ってるみたい！」と言っておられました。
最後にもう一度、あかりさんの心臓の音を心音計で聞いてみましたがやはり速さが全く違いますね。
また次のあかりさんの心臓の音と胎児の心臓の音では、あかりさんの心音と胎児の心音が同時に聞こえてくるようにしております。同時に聞くことで大人の女性と胎児の心音がいかに早さが違うのかが分かりますね。
「めっちゃ速い」と胎児の心音に驚いておりました。
途中、心音計で聞いている胎児の心音が聞こえにくい箇所が一部ございます。

続いてエコーであかりさんの心臓を見てみました。
一拍一拍、丁寧に心臓が動いております。
あかりさんにもご自身の心音を聞きながらエコーを見ていただいており、「音と動きがリンクしてます。」と言っておられます。
途中、息を止めていただくと心臓もそれに合わせて速くなっており、音だけでなく動きでも早くなっているのが分かります。

次は横になった状態でエコーを当てております。
座っているときよりも心臓が大きく映っております。
また息を止めていただきその状態で伸びをしてもらいました。
心臓の動きもそれに合わせて速くなっているのが確認できます。
こちらのエコーの映像は別でファイルに格納していますのでそちらもご確認ください。

最後に湯船に浸かっていただいたときの心臓の音を撮りました。
いつもよりお湯の温度も少し下げておりますので、速い心音がお好きな方からすると少し物足りないかもしれないですね。
それでも入っている状態からすでに心臓がお湯に抵抗すかのように力強く鼓動しております。
しばらく入っていただいた後、出ていただと入っているときよりも鼓動が若干、速くなっておりました。
胸に手を当てて、心臓の鼓動をかんじてもらい最後に息も止めてもらいました。

様々なシチュエーションの心音を撮らせていただき、あかりさんには感謝しかないですね。
何より妊娠されているときの心音という特別な心音が聞けるのは極めてレアだと思いました。
