熱中症は未然に防ぐことも出来ます。
まずは適切な水分補給(こまめに水やスポーツドリンクを摂取)直射日光を避け、
涼しい場所で休憩、軽装で通気性の良い服を着用してください。
暑さが酷い季節は運動や屋外活動は涼しい時間帯に行うようにしてください。
熱中症についてもっと説明できますが、今日はここまでにしておきます。
