悪の組織アブサードの雑魚女戦闘員は正義のヒーロー・ジュウカイザーに今日もひたすらヤラレていく…。彼女たちも元はアブサードに連れ去られた普通の人間。その後洗○され、人間としての記憶も感情も消去され、アブサードの命令通り戦い、犠牲となる存在だ。そんな女戦闘員達の数が減ると、また新たな女性たちを連れ去り洗○し次々と従順な雑魚女戦闘員へと変貌させる。ヤラレてもヤラレてもジュウカイザーに立ち向かうアブサード。そこに新たな正義の戦隊・ワクセイバーが現れ、アブサードの女戦闘員総出で立ち向かうもかえり討ちに合い無様にヤラレてしまう。アブサードの幹部ガルゼは、ワクセイバーに激しい攻撃を放ちダメージを与えるも、二つの戦隊は結束し、ワクセイバーとジュウカイザーは最強戦隊ジュウセイバーとなり、女戦闘員たちを蹴散らすのだった。
